Private bathrooms feature either a shower-tub combo or a double-headed shower, and several rooms include a sleeping porch. The property is fully accessible with ramps and an elevator, and free on-site parking is provided for each guest.

Uptown Charlotte is 2 miles away, and popular attractions such as the Mint Museum of Art and Freedom Park are less than a 10-minute walk. Guided historical tours of the building and grounds are available for guests interested in the property's past. The hotel hosts themed dinner nights, a weekly happy hour, and rotating temporary art galleries. Meeting and banquet facilities can accommodate up to 70 guests, and a business centre and concierge service are available for event planning.
